I am wondering if I have the computer "reflashed" will I have to remove the Super Chip? Will the chip affect anything or be affected itself? Any help is appreciated!

Do you have any warranty left? If so, you might want to wait if you can.

 

I recently took my 2001 in and had the dealership flash it and enable the high idle. They made me remove my edge comp because they said that they have flashed a few trucks with programers on and it wiped them out. One even wiped out the trucks ECM and the programer somehow. So I would put the stock setting back in before I took it to them.
