Purchasing my first Cummins!

Purchasing my first Cummins!
Good afternoon everyone.
So I went to go look at a truck over the weekend and everything seemed perfect on it.
I'm just curious as to what I should be looking out for if I were in fact to purchase this truck. Here is the link:
2002 dodge 24v 4x4 | used cars & trucks | Oakville / Halton Region | Kijiji
I won't be towing anything, but I will be using the bed for brick and stone (I'm a mason/bricklayer). My yard is about 2-4km away from my house as well.
The truck has a smarty programmer and the transmission was rebuilt about 5 days ago (the guy has all receipts etc, he was very honest with me, he even took the fender flares off to let me inspect the fenders for rust (none).
I'm wondering what a fair price would be, and what more I should be looking for if I do decide to buy this truck.
Thank you all very much and I appreciate the feedback.
Cheers from Canada eh!
