I now have a P1694 code on the dash after 3 on off on key bumps. It used to show P1693. Just had the high idle installed and still not working.

 

Anyone else get P1694?

 

1694-No bus messeges recieved from ECM.

I never had that one.

Have you tried to re-set it? If you don't have a code reader, you could go to AutoZone, or the like, and get it erased. Or, you can disconnect the ground cable on the batteries for a few hours to see if it goes away.

 

I had 500, 1693, and 1694 over the weekend. All is clear now, who knows?
