P0237 code again.

P0237 code again.

I put the new MAP sensor in and it is still throwing the 0237 code. took about 10 miles for it to catch hold and accelerate this time.

Does anyone get this code without running some kind of fuel enhansing device?

i just unhooked the comp and went back to the factory hook ups. Guess i'll drive this gutless wonder and see if it throws it anymore. 7.3 non turbo could pull as hard as this does. I should know cause i traded one for this truck.

What was your max boost before the code was thrown?

I too have the 237 and 1693 I'm going to try on Sunday to get it scanned to find out what's happening and clean the MAP sensor. Max boost on my truck has been 30 psi and I thought the EZ was a boost fooler, guess not

I am getting 0237 running stock except for the injectors. I bought a new Maps sensor and still got it every now and then and it defueled a time or two, so I guess my problem is the boost fooler but will have to wait until I can't deal with it anymore to replace it.

Max boost i have ever got was around 26 maybe 28 with comp on 5x5 wire tapped.

maybe i put the wrong code , which ever it is that is low boost circuit A. sometimes i was getting 3-4 times a day other times it might go 2 weeks before i got it again.

u should have way more boost than that with a tapped comp.Man Ive seen 50 a few times with the stock turbo back when the clutch held

beats me, unless the gauge is wrong. but i swear this truck is gutless. especially without the comp. i searched high and low for leaks and never did find any.

You truck sounds exactly like mine, gutless EZ on it's not too bad but still not the power I remember when I first got it. Pulling the MAP sensor today and hoping to get the other code read and not looking foreward if it's a 216. Wish me luck.
