Just noticed the other day. There is a long hill ( 3 or so miles ) coming into town at about an 8-10% grade. Anyways, if I manually select 2nd gear and give it some fuel to keep it at around 40-50mph, the truck begins to surge. It only happens in 2nd manual. I tried first gear and third but all seems well. It does it regardless of what setting my Edge is on including lvl 0. Also, I tested 2nd manual while climbing the same hill at 2500-2900rpm and it holds steady. It also does it going down hills in town at 20-35mph. The severity of the surging is the same whether the engine is at 1200-3000rpm. Any ideas?
