Lookin on the Cummins web site and i see they have a diagnostic tool for the Palm pda, so i looked and a i found a few for my hewet packard Pocket pc, do our trucks have the OBD II computers in them? just wonderin if it would be compatable

 

OBD II is more of a protocol/language than being the computer. Ii is included in most onboard computers but may not give as detailed an information set as the factory protocol. My truck, with its mods, will not talk Chrysler factory protocol any more, but will talk OBD II, at least that's what my mechanic buddy theorizes. You can still get in there and see codes, and clear them, with OBD II.<br><br>Chris<br>
