NV5600 overfill

NV5600 overfill
I'm changing the oil in my NV5600 this weekend
with the Penzoil Sychromesh. I know the factory
says 9.5 pints. I've heard some over fill the tranny
for better lubrication. How much overfill is safe ? I'm
replacing the shift tower at the same time , so I'll
be adding the oil from the top.

Everything I've been reading lately says that you should put an extra quart in. They claim to have lub problems with some nv5600's. This is supposed to help. I haven't had a chance to put an additional quart in mine yet, but I will be doing so soon.
