Do some of the NV5600 not have magnets? I did not find one last time I changed the fluid, so I spent extra time looking this time. There is no magnet at the bottom of my case. Where are they located? Thanks

 

remove the shift tower to add 5 quarts of Valvoline manual trans oil
my magnet is in the bottom

 

Pull the PTO cover off and the magnet should be there, Chrysler bulletin says fill this tranny with 6 qts of their synthetic oil.. dump it in the shift hole or top bolt hole at PTO cover...5qts does not get enough oil over the gussett for rear bearing
