Curious what everyone's looked like at their first fluid change? Mine had a gray sludge all over it almost looked like fuzz, hoping it was just from breakin. I am going to be changing again here soon and hoping for it to be cleaner.

Kinda wished my 5600 had mags....2nd time I changed the fluid I found a whole gear tooth laying in the bottom of the case. That was well over a 100k ago so there's no telling what I'll find in there when I change it next week before heading to the NADM event on Oct 15th.
I hope it's nothing that'll keep me from heading to the event....keep your digits crossed!!!

I changed mine at 30k as per the manual. I have continued to change it at each 30k. It may be over kill to change it as often as I do but I want it to last the life of the truck, probably the last truck I will own. I use Penzoil Syncromesh. Have 114k and it still shifts like new.
The magnet has had less fuzz with each oil change.
