Northern VA Tranny help
Does anybody know of a good place to get a transmission rebuilt in the DC Northern VA area Or a reasonable place to buy one to have installed. My tranny is starting to slip and if I add injectors I can probaly kiss it goodby. Thanks guys.

have you taken it in to get a fluid and filter change with a band adj ?
some times this will add life to a slipping unit .
also a must is a tfod - diesel valve body kit from transgo
i love mine , just find a COMPADENT trany person , someone who specializes in mopar trans an does it at home maby .

I recommend Tim Barber of TRE Diesel Performance. He is in Va. Beach, but it is worth the trip. 757-831-7451
He specializes in Dodge trannies, but can advise and install other power upgrades as well. He just finished doing my O-ringed head, and built my twins a few years ago.
