Smile Is this normal

1998 1/2 dodge, On start up and after running I guess it's the intake heater cycling, the volt meter really drops I mean below 8 volts, Then comes up again. It seems to be doing this for a long time. Is this normal or is this a problem. Thanks

Below 8 volts seems kinda low to me. Mine never drops below 12.
