New injection pump going on tomorrow, anybody need any pictures?

well, this weekend I about got stranded! Stopped at the diesel pump on the way to the race track and it wouldn't start back up! Had to let it cool off before it would start back up. It is starting to act like it has air in the lines when I try to start up. I guess the pump is leaking down? Anyway, I am swapping out IPs tomorrow from my backup engine. The only good part is I can sit down right on the floor beside my backup engine and look at exactly how things go on and off. I just don't understand how the heat affects these pumps so much. On the way down in the blistering southern heat (93 degrees and 50%+ humidity) it acts up like crazy. Coming back home at night it doesn't miss a beat. And it has got worse and worse as the weeks have got hotter and hotter.

Oh well, anybody need any pictures of how something goes on or off with the injection pump since my engine is just sitting in the middle of the shop floor?

That is odd, mine got worse recently, maybe because of the Texas heat, however it does it primarily in the morning when it is cooler, maybe a couple of times, my key fix, fixes it temporarily.
