going to dealer tomorrow for fuel leak. need advice!
ive had a fuel leak ever since the dealership replaced the lift pump. it seems to be at one of the connectors. its the in-tank pump, by the way. i have another ? to ask and id like to be well informed when i ask it.
ive noticed lately that the engine doesnt sound like all the other 24 valvers ive heard lately. it doesnt have that real strong diesel sound and its kinda tinny sounding. it also sounds like its idling a little high. when i press the throttle u here the engine goin but not the power i think it should have. i know the tranny could be part of the prob with that though. i was thinkin mabye the timing is out or a sensor not reading correctly. i have very few mods and unfortunately i dont have gauges. its hard to explain the engine sound but mabye someone knows what could cause it to sound different. thanks for any advice.

Are you showing any codes? Try the off on off thing three times and see if you have any codes or go by a AutoZone. They pull codes for free.
Not much help....
