Had similar problem, replaced calipers and pads 9600 miles ago and had rotors turned. Truck started pulling again recently. Just checked them friday and found them worn out. Drivers side down to metal and a trashed rotor. Got calipers and pads warrantied, bought 2 rotors, 2 brake lines. Truck has never stopped better and the dragging that has been there since about 90k. is gone. I agree with the brake lines breaking down internally.

Of course nobody had the lines in stock autozone had a left line. So I had one of the guys who work for me swap the pads from one side to the other. Not a bit of change. Truck is parked. Till either I get the lines put on, or it goes to the shop. So for now I am driving my cummins powerd F-650. Its not the fastest or the smoothest riding but it stops strait!!!!!

My truck is having the same issue except both rear cylinders are new, all news pads and rotors up front, and the drivers side caliper and brake line are new (because it pulls right).

Anyone got any suggestions for a less than obvious situation? I'm pretty sure I exhausted all the "normal" solutions.

I guess one thing that I do when I change front pads is to clean the "slides" where the caliper slides back and forth with a wire brush and apply a small amount of Never Seeze (don't want it to dribble down onto the pads and rotor) . If the caliper doesn't slide back and forth freely, it won't "apply" properly and can cause a pull. Just a thought.

Yea, I was in a rush to type that but I forgot to mention the calipers on both sides are are new slider pins, greased properly, and a few thousand miles ago the rears were adjusted correctly. I'm going to try adjusting them again tonight but I'm pretty sure it won't help. Might have to start replacing rear lines and tearing into the front suspension...

edit: It also gets less severe with weight in the bed.

with that last statement I would be checking the rears and adjusting them.
