Need a little help

My '02 2500 started the funky shifting thing Friday. I changed the governor pressure solenoid and sensor on Monday. Now, the trans shifts much better, but jerks around 1500 RPM and I have to let off the accelerator to shift into overdrive. I did not adjust the bands when I had the pan off (I know, I know). Am I just in need of a band adjustment or something else?

By the way, no codes now. I also changed the trans filter.

I was in a hurry and didn't have an inch pound torque wrench. Think it's the bands? I sure hope so. I plan to adjust them on Thursday.
