Is my hub going?
Noticed a stain on my pass. side axle c's. Smelled the fluid and it smelled like gear oil. Here is a pic. http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b2...t/P6110152.jpg
Did I blow an inner seal or is this a case of the imfamous dodge pos hubs going?

that one is an axle seal. and good luck getting the hub out if it hasn't been out before.
At least its the passenger side, that is the easy seal to get to on 01 and older trucks with the CAD unit. The driver's side is a real treat to work on.
