is my fuel pressure too high ?

got my truck back from the dealer. new vp and intank pump.
didnt like the fp.
added holley blue and big line kit. pegged the gauge at 30.
added vulcan bypass valve brought the fp to 20 idle
18 wot. is this too much will it harm the vp?

sounds high, yes...
where is the gauge hooked too... where is it reading the fule psi from?

You'll be fine, i'm running the Holley blue and LP and have 23idle 15wot for a year now and no problems.

I think this is safe, although BlueChip says above 12 psi WOT is sub-optimal.
