I have a 99 diesel.l just installed BD's aux lift pump and race computer. Twice today my motor has shut off while driving, like if you turned off the ignition. I could push in the clutch and restart it with no problem. Does this have to do with the new mods or is it possibly something else? Any advice would be helpful.

I would start by checking all the electrical connections. See if there are any that might be even slightly loose. Start the truck, and wiggle any and all connections that you find BUT BE CAREFUL!!! You don't want to stick your fingers where they don't belong!!!! If it acts up when you wiggle a certain connector, you can figure out how to tighten it up.
