Moaning sound when I shift
I have a distinct moan that happens when I decellerate between shifts ( I have a 5 speed)
The sound seems to be coming from the air box / turbo area ?
Its only when I let off the accellerator and the engine RPM's have dropped down , then it goes away. No performance probs.
I have 220K mi on this rig.
HAs anyone else had this problem .
Waste gate noise ? turbo noise ?
Any ideas ?
