Mileage point to replace boots?

2001 with 135,xxx miles on it. I just replaced all of the cooling hoses, thermostat and flushed the system. Is there a mileage point that it's a good idea to go ahead and replace the connecting boots? I have always been pro-active when it comes to items on my truck.

You could if you really want to, but there's no specific reason to do so unless you want to upgrade to the nice silicone boots. I'd just do a pressure test, and only replace a boot if you find that it's leaking.
