Where can i get a map sensor online? i've had the dead pedal and i keep getting the same code . low voltage circuit A. gonna change the sensor and see if that helps. probably had it do it 50 times by now.

Is it the 0237 code? I was getting that and got a new Maps sensor from Cummins ($97 after shipping) but it didn't fix my problem. I think my boost fooler is the culprit but it hasn't thrown a code in a while and hasn't defueled either so I'm just going to wait it out and see what happens. Good luck with yours.

I seen where some claim it is in the edge harness, maybe some corossion.
I just got threw putting new u-joints in the front driveline. Wheww , i hope i dont have to do it again anytime soon. I did manage to get one in backwards so now i have to drop it to grease it. rathere do that than fool with that ball socket in that double yoke.

wouldn't be too bad if i had a press instead of a bench vise and a hammer and socket.

 

Gonna need a different web site as that one doesnt show a MAP sensor for a 24 valve.

 

I'm in Hope. You might be better off just calling a Cummins dealer to get the part. They call it a pressure sensor and let me know if you need the part # because I might still have the paper on it.

I got to say my PowerPuck was doing the same thing to me.

 

Got it ordered $43.80 for a 2000 yr model. i hope it fixes it but i am not holding my breath. I thought about taking the edge off but it is gutless without it. so far the only code i have got is the P0237. Maybe i'll check the apps voltage when i get time.

Most of the time when it happens it just does it for a few seconds . lately it is getting longer and more frequent. This truck has never had the power everyone claimed the cummins engine had.

I have checked for leaks in the intercooler and hoses, most i ever seen has around 25psi boost with the edge on 5x5.

I do need a exaust manifold bolt as the one in the back is missing. Just havn't had time to see what size it is.
