Just when I was feelin pretty good about how this truck is performing the dang head gasket goes and leaking water all over the place. Less than 100k on the odometer and this will be 3rd time head has been off this will be the 2nd gasket (not counting factory original), 1st was 50k miles ago
Cant live with it - cant live with out it AAARRGGHH!! Do I still like my truck, not today - maybe next week. My set up only gets about 32# boost, does not seem too high but maybe need to rethink setup?
Guess I'll just keep fixin this truck, beats payments, I think.

 

start looking for something else that may be wrong. If it blew in the same area both times, its a clue.

warped block, warped head, and possible distortion in the area that blew.

 

Sounds like you need to have the head looked at. Warped, cracked or something. You are re-torquing the head after initial install of the head gasket? Just asking...
