In over drive (6 speed) at 1500 rpm or arround that mark I loose power I dont slow down but It just will not go any faster then I clutch it and the truck takes off. Its getting wose it does it when i start it and its cold theres just know accelration. Now it only does it maybe twice in a 30 mile run. any one here of this prob yet?

Have you scanned it for codes yet? That would be the first order of business. To me it sounds fuel related. What kind of fuel pressures are you seeing? There is a possibility that your lift pump died and is taking the VP with it.

have not checked fuel pressure, what is vp? I checked the map sensor today it looked clean the plug is clean can the lift pump cause this problem?

 

I don't have a bunch of experience with the 24v, but is it still under warranty? If so, take it to an auto parts store that has the ability to scan your codes THEN take it to a dealer and see what they come up with. That way you have some info to use if needed. If it is the VP-44 (that is the fuel pump) my understanding is they run about $1500. I hope somebody else will chime in here with some more ideas.
