Tell us about your truck, all I can assume is it is an 03+ Dodge.

I have 93000 miles on my truck and I'm pretty sure its injectors. My truck is bone stock but from what I have heard the quad box will amplify that the injector isn't working right. The quad box doesn't cause it just lets you know something is wrong. If and when my truck gets fixed I will be putting a Quad box on my truck. I had my truck in to the dealer twice and now I'm waiting for some tool that is on national back order. This tool is used to do some test that will diffidently let you know which injector or injectors are bad. I have been waiting for 6 weeks now. PITA

This is going to sound stupid....I get this complaint at work quite often, 98% of the time it is usually due to aftermarket floor mats that don't have a method of securing and they wind up under or ontop of the pedals causing the pedals to jam up. If you have floor mats just try moving them out of the way to be sure. If this is the case I have heard of people using zip ties to poke a hole through the rear of the floor mat and secure it to the seat frame so it doesn't slide.

Believe it or not, that is posted as step #1 on any TSB regarding loss of power.
Make sure the floormats aren't bunched up under the accellerator pedal.

If your accellerator pedal uses a cable thru the firewall, the cable could be sticking.
