I am looking to swap a Cummins into a 2001 1500 4x4. does anyone know if the front end like frame and suspension. I have a spare 12 valve just need a 4x4 5spd transmission and transfer case to make the swap. I think it will use the motor mounts and seem to be in the same location as my 1996 3500 diesel truck. I know it would be beter to have a complete donor truck, but I don't have that option right know. any help for the new guy would be appreciated.
