Hey thump, I haven't been following, but why do you think the plastic nozzles were responsible? Those things are tried and true and have been used for a long time. "Plastic" is a pretty general term. I mean, they're making firearms out of "plastic" today. ;D

Where did you get the pistons??

 

they are cummins only sent out for some make up...cummins makes such a part, but here in down town renton ,they could not decide what it was w.o. a cpl # to match...and well these eng in the dodge never came with ceramic and taffalon so they could not sell them to me :

 

How did the coatings for you??

I'm about to head down the same path with a 12 valve...
