Inter Cooler Boot

Its the boot between the pressurized pipe coming from the bottom of the turbo and the inlet hose on the inter cooler on the driver side. Its def at the end of its life. It looks like the previous owner even duct taped it haha. Any whats involved in replacing it and where do I get the new part. Thanks Guys

No cheap way to go but after market boots are stronger and cheaper!
Undo at turbo and start new install at CAC (interooler)... working your way back and up! Much easier.
Soak in hot H2O, or use a heat gun, to soften up the rubber, makes job easier.
