Copenhagagn, I beg to differ. the stock pump is a 4601. The 4601HP is a HIGH PRESSURE pump, though it isn't that much more. Check your specs & you will find the difference. Mine has been great. I would not waste my dime on any of those fancy fuel systems, when one so simple keeps on working.

Thanks for all the advice and information. I got it in and it only took a couple of hours. I have 12 psi idle and 9.5 wot. Runs like new. But I am going to take everyone's advice and put the pusher in real soon. Maybe then the stock type will last longer.

Get rid of those Banjo bolts and small fuel lines and it wil last forever. Use 1/2 inch fuel line. It will take all the pressure off of the pump, trying to push a lot of fuel thru a tiny tube.
