Injector Cross Over Tubes

Hello,

I ordered some Injectors the other day, figured I might as well remove my stock ones being as my engine is 1/4 apart anyways. I got the injectors and cross over tubes out easily, however I am wondering if this is normal on the tubes? 2 of the tubes are fairly clean, the other 4 are like this:

Is this normal like blow by almost, or should the o-rings/tubes be replaced?

Thanks!

From: North Carolina or Kentucky. Take your pick
O rings should be replaced. Make sure injector hold down bolts and injector lines are properlly torqued and recheck after couple hundred miles. Don't ask why.

Thanks Dozer,

Am I able to get away with regular style o-rings that you get at a hardware store? Or do I need a special type of o-ring that is made for these tubes?

The generic hardware store O rings will turn too soft.

Cummins sells the proper O rings. I'd just clean off the crud and keep running them.

Do you fellas know how much the o-rings go for these days? I wouldn't think they would be too expensive, but then again, lol.

Thanks!

Thanks John.

I'll give them a call and see if they have them in stock and if they ship to Canada.
