i have a 2001 dodge 2500 24 valve. the other day the key ignition would not turn on the starter. all dash lights came on but nothing on the the starter.
I found the coil wire on the fuse box and jumped power to the battery and the truck started. but now ive noticed the windows, ac, raido have no power.
replaced the ignition but not the tumbler and still no luck. Ohm all fuses and all test good. and idea where to go next?

 

so problem solved!! but really wondering why i had no help?????

The fuses for the starter and the ignition ohm d out but only when moved it a certain position. so i replaced the fuses and all is working.

If they only ohmed at certain positions, sounds like poor contact at the fusebox.
