Hub doesn't spin?

Over the weekend, I replaced my original calipers with Rabyestos reman. units and also installed powerslot rotors. When I installed the passenger side hub back onto the axle shaft, it does not spin freely like it used to... I can move it fine with my hand and the truck drives fine (no strange noises) but I did not encounter this on the driver side nor have I seen this in the past when I've had the hubs off.

This only occurs after I install the axle nut (or hub nut, whatever you want to call it)... I torqued the driver side to 175 ft/lb per the manual, but the passenger side is only at 140 because the hub was very tight at 175.

Should I be concerned about this loss of movement?

I also noticed a small amount of diff. fluid had dripped from the end of the axle but I assume that was because the axle shaft had pulled out a little too far while I was removing the hub...

Let me know your thoughts.

Russ

What is the loss of movement? What direction? Are the wheels straight or turned?

Edit: Are you saying that if you torque the hub nut to 175 lbs you can't spin the wheel?

Wheels straight. Loss of movement either way, forward or reverse.

I could still move the hub/rotor when it was torqued to 175, but it was quite tight. To be honest, I didn't give the wheel/tire a good spin before I dropped it down off the jack, but I didn't notice it feeling unusually tight while I was tightening the lug nuts.

I would check it again to make sure. Your axle leak will most likely take care of itself.

Does it engage into 4x4 OK?

I used 4x4 on Monday night and it worked fine. I'll pull the wheel off this weekend just to see how everything looks after a weeks worth of driving.
