Lift Pump Link

Does anyone know the link to changing out
a lift pump. Do I have to remove the filter
housing. Also what is the part # for the
pump on a 2001.

#3990105 is the most current number I think.

Try dropping your fuel filter housing to unbolt the the lift pump from the bracket, three nuts. You can probably take the fuel line off coming from the tank to the lift pump, from downstairs. If you remove the line coming from the lift pump going to the fuel filter, at the filter, you can use that line to help snake the pump out through the top.

edit: don't forget to disconnect the wire harness on the pump.

I took mine off all from topside when I installed the FASSII. Left the filter canister in place.....there's enough room.
