311,000 miles on original IP, 3rd LP and then relocated to the frame rail with the Geno's relocation kit and appx 15K so far.
No problems with the Automatic transmission, but have basically replaced the front end...ball joints, track bar, a sway bar connector, stearing shock ad just replaced the factory shocks for the heck of it. And this truck works off-road and hwy use and pulls 10k+ construction trailers and 5th wheel.
Best truck I have ever owned!

i have 103,000 miles on it now. put a new LP in at 95k, cam sensor at around 70k, and transmission governor/solenoid just started going out (won't downshift into first) i love the truck though.. easy to maintain, tows my trailer well and is easy to work on (as far as what has gone out so far). all trucks will have probs, after seeing my friends suffer with duramax's and powerstrokes (6.0 & 7.3) i don't regret buying my CTD a bit

225,735 as of drive to work this morning. Need to replace front wheel bearings and a u-joint. This truck is driven 45 miles one way back and forth to work everyday, and pulls trailers every weekend as part of my other job. It just keeps on going and gets better mileage than anything else that I've had before. Had a 98 1500 w/ a 360, and a 2000 Navigator sold both of them and bought the diesel. So far no regrets this thing runs better with age.
