How do I check Voltage

I threw some codes the other day and need help checking some voltage to rule out a few things before I have to pour a lot of money into it.

codes: 0122, 1693, 0252, 0216

A digital multi-meter to check voltage (analog will work also)

Often times the 0216 is the death code for the vp sorry too tell you but you might not need too check the voltage.
