How to deal with a stuck injector

Well obviously I'm going to replace all my injectors as they are of unknown age and change the oil and filters but is there anything else I should do while I'm at it? (maybe spray some oil in the cylinders?) Not sure how long it's been stuck but the crankcase is well over full, truck seemed to be running fine still when I parked it so I'm hoping no cylinder damage was done. These are Bosch +60 injectors, I will probably go with the same size but would going to a +90 (Mach 1.6 maybe jammer 3) start giving me EGT problems? (currently don't have EGT problems while towing at 19-20K gross)
Thanks DSj
