is this normal? today i was going through town and floored the throttle rpms went around 2500-3000 and i looked back and it blacked out the road behind me. i always thought lugging would only blow smoke. i wasn't even trying and didnt know it would even do that. is this normal? i have a edge comp box and it was on 1x5. trucks mostly stock i think. i did read that edge comp box is good for the higher rpm range i dont know if thats what it ment.

 

Mine will when I rev it up into the flat area ~2600 rpm, lotsa unburned fuel, but not like big injector smoke.

 

i think i found out what it was. it must have had some build up in the exhaust cause its not doing it anymore. i blew it all out. i also was reading a thread about a guy with the same problem and they said look at your filter and all your hoses something might be plugged. i did so and everything seems fine and its not doing it no more.
