Ok still have 0217 code now truck is acting it wants to die at 50-70 mph or bucks or surges I guess don't know how too tell everybody what it is doing. But when it does this lose no fuel pressure or power it just kinda stalls for a brief second. I know what the code is will this cause this or do I have a APPS going out?

 

is your water temp OK? it could be a bad sensor .I have never seen the APPS do what your decribing try a reset

 

Water temp fine staying about 180maybe 190 I replaced serp. Belt last week truck got hot. But after I replaced it it ran fine it did this before i threw the belt now the it's back to I guess like trying too cut out at 50-70mph would a bad sensor cause all this
