Has anyone changed e-brake pads that has Rear Disc?

Has anyone changed e-brake pads that has Rear Disc?

Previous owner burnt mine up and thinking of changing them soon. Just wondering how much of the rear to take apart to change them.

Going from my poor memory you should be able to remove the rear caliper and support bracket. Then the disk, drum assembly will come off. You might need to whack it a few times with a rubber hammer.

Again this is my poor memory from doing axle seals about 6 months ago. I had the entire rear apart and axles out but that shouldn't be necessary.

I had to whack the living crap out of mine with a 3 pound hammer to crack them loose. They do come off though

Turn the adjuster **** in if they dont come off... If a groove has been worn into the drum you will need to back the **** off some to allow the shoes to retract some...
