Hard Starting Cold
I have a 2002 Dodge 2500 5.9 Diesel, Airdog Fuel Pump w/a Edge Juice and Attitude. My problem is that when my truck sits over night it takes a few times before it starts. After it starts its fine for the rest of the day. My fuel presure is 17psi while cranking. Checked for any leakback, none. Just replaced the VP44 5 months ago. No codes show up. Looking for any ideas..

your getting air in its just a slight leak ,when it gets cold orings can shrink and let air in .
I would start with the filter top .
I have found a couple trucks where the orings in the filter drain was the cause, new orings and problem was gone . check all hose clamps fuel lines and even the fittings on top of the fuel tank ,and on your air dog too. try and bump the starter first and let the lift pump prime the system that will tell you if your getting air.
