well, i installed rv 275 injectors last september and haven't had any problems since. Now, if the truck has sat more than a day it won't start right away. When it does I have to give it throttle to pop off. It has done this three times in the last week and a half. It has gotten colder but not as cold as it has been earlier this winter. I have no codes, no white smoke upon start up, I'm getting right around 19-20 mpg. My boost is good, my fuel pressure is 14-15. There's no leaking diesel anywhere. Any ideas?

 

Mmm, symptoms sound like a pin hole in a fuel line somewhere. Tiny enough that it it doesn't leak per se', but allows the tank to draw down, leaving the line empty (hence the few day's sitting thing).

I'm not 100% here, just going on what I read here. It was an ongoing diagnostic issue for a member, someone who knows better will chime in.
