Grid heaters still kicking on

I think my grid heaters are still coming on even though it's not cold here (50-60 degrees at start up) seems there is a good-sized electrical load cycling after start up and the only thing I can think of is the grid heaters, so my questions are, at what temperature should the heaters be operating? What controls the heater relays?

IAT sensor controls the grid heaters... They should be shutdown by 65*F +/-10*F... Is the usually condidtions...

The +/- 10*F is give margin of error for the IAT and manifold temps might be lower...

Thanks, I'll keep tabs on it for a while to see if it quits when it's a little warmer
