Got the truck Back

Well,
My truck was in the shop a few weeks ago with what I thought was a IP. Turned out that after they reflashed the computer and the folks at DPP sent me a new FASS, the truck ran fine. But after driving home from work pulling into the driveway the truck died. Pulled codes and P0216 came out, so took it to dodge and they fixed it in a day and a half. Truck runs great now. Another thing though. Got in the truck and it looked like they went through everything. Looked around and everything looked to be there. But had a chain missing from the bed. Went back and it was on the floor on the shop. Don't know why they would need to take the chain out but wasn't to happy about what my truck looked like inside after I got it back. Don't think I will be using that dealer ever again.

I guess they were looking to see if there was anything they thought you could live without.

I think I would mention this to their service manager. Does not sound right.

if they made a mess like that go complain to the service manager. might get a free cleanup out of it.

Good to hear you have your truck back and running

However, I agree with these guys so far. I would be reaming the supervisor, whoever out for allowing their mechanics to look through your personal belongings.
