Gearing question...
I found a nice deal on a set of 3.54's to replace my 4.10's. However, I do not understand the lingo of reverse cut. How would one know if his gears were reverse cut? I have a dana 60 front and dana 70 rear.
As much as I would love to find a 01.5 rear disc setup....I'm thinking this will do for now and much cheaper. Thanks

Reverse cut gears are for a high pinion axle. Like the front axles of the third gen trucks. 2nd gen pickups use a low pinion 60 front. Not reverse cut. Also high pinions are never used in rear axles at least in a factory application so they will all be standard cut and never reverse.
