I'm running 15 psi at idel, 12 when cruising and 8-9 WOT. I do notice at cruising that the pressure bounces. Read awhile back that someone was turning the vanes over in the pump to see if they could get extra life out of the pump, any success? I'm having a real problem getting logged so I don't mind if you email me the answer. please go ahead and post answers here also. Thanks

 

I was seeing the same readings as you when my needle started jumping. That lasted for one day then the needle went to 0. Changed lp, now its back to normal.
