Question Found yellow "VOID" sticker while installing gauges

While installing my gauges last night I found a yellow "Void" sticker on the driver side of the engine. I will have to post a picture later. It was on an Aluminum colored component. Is this one of those stickers that if cut it will void the warranty? I bought this truck used and it doesn't appeared to have been modified. There certainly where no gauges installed before.

Could someone run my vin to see if there is something amiss: 3B7KF23642M263563.

Thanks,
Bob

Is the sticker on the vp44 injection pump? If so the previous owner may have had a power box tapping the pump wire. The dealer put a void sticker on my 01 for the Banks box I had on it.

Mine came from the factory w/ the Void sticker. I think it rips if you take apart the plug it is stuck to.

I had the same sticker on my VP44 plug (although it had lost its adhesive and was no longer sticking) that I had to unplug in order to install my VA box (R-version). I'm out of warranty anyway, so no big deal.

I have a void sticker too on the ECM connector. You can see it here on teh black connector behind the catch bottle I used when I changed out lift pumps.

I've got the same void sticker on mine...

At 40k or so, I had the ecm replaced. I noticed the void sticker and so I called the dodge dealer on it to make sure that everything was still covered. They said that everything was fine and that they did not put the sticker on there to begin with... I asked if I should pull it off and he said it would not matter since the computer showed I was still covered.

Glad I did not touch it

Probably would not have mattered either way. I guess if you're going to brake the seal, just tear the whole dang thing off. They probably don't even know it exists

I bought my truck used from a dealer and noticed the void sticker was ripped. I asked them about it and they told me not to worry about it. Well about 3 months later my VP went out and they replaced it no questions asked.
