Extending breather tube

I just finished extending the breather tube back along the frame and dumps out by the rear bolt of the contol arm. I cut a few inches off the stock tube and put on a 90 degree connector. Then I put 4' heater hose along the frame back to where it empties out. There is one section of the hose that sits level and the rest is sloped downward. Will this be Ok?

Reach down & see if you can feel pressure while truck is running or look for drops of oil where you park. I have mine turkey tied loosely in about the same place just make sure it doesn't get plugged with dirt, snow, ice.

Mine extends back to underneath the cab. Downhill all the way.

Here is another way of doing it. So far I love it! It don't freeze up the end. I can climb around in the mountains without oil drainage...

Routing over the top of the engine picture...

Tankeryanker, I do feel air pressure coming out of the end when the truck is running. Looks like it will be Ok. I don't have to worry about snow or ice where I live here in California. Thanks. Mark

Just keep check on it when you do an oil change or anytime your working on your truck. If your ever out four wheelin make sure it does'nt get clogged with mud or dirt.

I just have mine dropped straight down. Used about 1 1/2' of heater hose. No drips and it'll never get clogged up.
