Rear Diff. Breather Tube
Rear Diff. Breather Tube
Ran accross something yesterday I thought I would pass on.
Yesterday I was inspecting the breather tube on the rear diff. to make sure the check valve was clean and moveable. I went ahead and took the hose off and inspected the brass nipple at the top of the axle tube. What did I find? A 100% restricted fitting. I couldnt even see thru the fitting it was so gummed up. Took the fitting out and cleaned it out and installed.
Just a heads up to check those vent fittings. There have been more people than just me that have found theres to be in the same condition.
