Extended warrenty paid off
On truck in sig was getting intermittand dead pedal. P0216 code. Truck has 51,150 miles on it.
Took it to the dealer in Houston and the OEM lift pump was replaced with an intank unit. The injection pump VP44 was also replaced. Truck has a BW turnover ball with companion hitch for a 5th wheel. To get it on the lift the steps had to be removed from the running boards.
Had LOF done, fuel filter was replaced and the Texas DOT safety inspection done as it expires in August.
Total bill $206.and change.
Runs great again.
Now I will have to figure out how to hook up the fuel pressure gauge again. Found a couple of fitttings in the ash tray.

Sixslug,
It was a good investment. By the way, purcased the truck from Charlie at Bellingham Chrysler. Lived in Sedro-Woolley for a few years.
