Engine miss at idle.

I filled up the other day and shortly afterwards the truck started missing and idling ruff. I added some cetane boost and a fuel injection cleaner to the tank. Truck still did not idle any better. I ran the tank almost empty filled up at a different fueling station and replaced the fuel filter. I have not noticed any change. Any ideas?

Sounds like you got some bad fuel! Drain out any water. Just run it few more days, well fill ups, and hopefully it will clear up.

How empty were you before filling up?
Might be worth venting the injectors.

vent, bleed, crack the nut at the head and let the air out.
I was verbally challenged at the moment.
