Engine Miss or rough idle

'07 2500 5.9 L, 4sp-auto, QC, SRW, 3.73, 1800 miles

My truck idles rough or misses when I restart it after it has reached operating temperature. I have never notice this to happen on a cold engine start. Is this something I need to be concerned about?

I normally just give it a little more fuel and it clears up. I am concerned this may turn into a major catastrophy.

Yea mine does the same thing, i just got some bad Crank postion sensor codes and replaced the sensor now my truck seems to sputter and hesitate some. I don't know if that has anything to do with it.
